Rice is a licensed and ordained minister at First Baptist Congregational Church, Chicago, IL, where she serves as Associate Minister to Women. She is a mentor to the women of Leslie's Place, a chaplain intern at the Interfaith House, and is a board member at Abigail House. She earned her Master of Arts in Christian Ministry (MACM) from Northern Baptist Theological Seminary.

	Chief Advisor Rev. Dr. Cynthia L. Hale, DMin Rev. Dr. Cynthia L. Hale is the founding and Senior Pastor of the Ray of Hope Christian Church in Decatur, Georgia. Ray of Hope has an active membership of 5,000 and an average of 1,500 in worship each Sunday morning. Ray of Hope has been honored by the 700 Club as Church of the Week and was also recognized in the book, Excellent Protestant Congregations: The Guide to Best Places and Practice, as one of 300 excellent Protestant congregations in the United States. Dr. Hale is a native of Roanoke, Virginia. Her natural talent in music led her to study at Hollins College in Virginia, from which she received her Bachelor of Arts degree. She holds a Master of Divinity degree from Duke University and a Doctorate of Ministry from United Theological Seminary, Dayton, Ohio. Dr. Hale holds five Honorary Doctorates of Divinity. As a woman of vision, Dr. Hale is revered locally, nationally, and internationally for her leadership, integrity, and compassion. In 2004, Dr. Hale established a mentorship program known as Elah Pastoral Ministries, Inc. to assist in the spiritual as well as practical development of pastors and para-church leaders.

	National Seminarian Team Leader Elder Neichelle Guidry, MDiv seminarian@ncbwim.org Elder Neichelle Guidry answered the call to preach at age sixteen. She is ordained to the Office of Elder in the Kingdom Council of Interdependent Christian Churches and Ministries. Neichelle holds a B.A. in Mass Media Arts and Religion, Clark Atlanta University and the Master of Divinity degree from Yale Divinity School, in May 2010.

	National Prayer Team Leader Evangelist Artherine G. Hoskins prayer@ncbwim.org Evangelist Artherrine G. Hoskins is one of the Associate Minister of Historic First Community Church and Founder/Overseer of Greater Prayer Network for 20 yrs. She is also a Certified Professional Life Spiritual Coach. She has served as a Team Leader for Prophetic Powerhouse Ministries for over 5 yrs.

	Newsletter Editor Min. Jacqueline Lyde, MDiv newsletter@ncbwim.org Min. Jacqueline E. Lyde, M.Div. is a licensed minister serving as an associate minister and First Lady at Baptist Temple Church and a professor at the Center for Urban Biblical Ministries in Pittsburgh, PA. She organizes conferences as well as mentors, preaches, and facilitates workshops with a focus on making disciples.
