Quotes from Ministers

Welcome to the official website of The National Consortium of Black Women In Ministry, Inc. (NCBWIM). We are excited about God's vision for NCBWIM, and we invite every Black woman in ministry in the United States of America to join NCBWIM and become a part of our national movement. We are ecumenical in nature, national in scope, and Black women focused .

NCBWIM is the leading professional organization for Black women in ministry in the United States of America. We are committed to providing support and resources to Black women in ministry both personally and professionally by cultivating communities of Black women in ministry within the United States and mobilizing them to impact issues that affect the well-being of Black women.

NCBWIM provides its members with opportunities for wisdom sharing, professional development, relationship building, spiritual formation, and critical thinking about the vocation of ministry, the church, and the ways to treat the ills of our society. As we grow, NCBWIM envisions being able to offer even more benefits to its members, i.e. group life & health insurance, retirement investing, and ministry employment advertisements.

We welcome all Black women vocational ministers to NCBWIM.
